On Sunday 21 December, Sunderland Museum & Winter Gardens and Sea Change Café Bar host the Winter Gardens Festive Festival – a family-friendly free Christmas market and all-ages pay-what-you-can gig under one roof. ?

Festive market – 2–5pm (free entry, all ages)
Drop in with the family to browse local makers and indie traders including The Posy Pod, a pop-up record shop from Roker Records, and rare, deadstock and vintage fashion from WEAR, with more still to be announced. Sea Change Café Bar will be open throughout.
No ticket needed and no charge to browse the market.

Live music – 5–8pm (pay what you can, all ages)
From 5pm, Sea Change turns into an all-ages gig with:
The Fortunate Nudes (featuring members of Field Music and SLUG)
OldMan • David Farrell • Grace

Entry for the gig is pay what you can – every contribution goes towards paying the artists and helps support live music in the city.
