Come join us for a magical evening at Calafia State Beach! The Sea & Soul Women's Circle is a space for women to deeply nourish themselves, rest and reset, and connect. Let the sound of the waves and the salty breeze awaken your spirit as we come together in community. In the circle, you will be invited to explore a diverse range of resources including embodiment practices, journaling, nature connection meditations, and authentic sharing. Together we will tap into the healing power of the ocean and explore what wisdom she has to offer you during this transition into fall. You will leave feeling more deeply "tuned in" and present.

Whether you're a seasoned circle-goer or a newbie, all are welcome!

Getting there + finding us:

Park in the Calafia Beach parking lot and take the stairs to get down to the beach. It is a state beach paid parking lot so you can use a state parks pass or download an app to pay for hourly parking. We will be set up with a round maroon blanket either to the right or left of the stairs.

What to bring:

• Bathing suit and/or wetsuit (there will be a segment of the event where you'll have the option to enter the water to your comfort level - walking along shore, dipping toes in, wading, swimming, etc.)
• Layers/Cozy clothes to bundle up in or change into
• Towel
• Journal and pen
