AGENDA
Welcome (15-20 min):
Arrive 15 minutes prior to the event
OPTIONAL: Cleansing with Sage and Palo Santo to remove anything that is not serving you or any heaviness you wish to remove
Check in with your ticket with staff. Please when entering the pool area we observe quite tones and silenced phones. Please be mindful of other participates getting situated. Please stow away personal items in lockers or you can put on the deck near fireplace.
Loungers
Please locate a lounger to relax and get comfortable. Bring with you your comfortable items, such as a pillow, blanket, eye mask.
Floaters
Our float staff will guide you on the water platform, where you'll embark on your float with their assistance. Once aboard, you'll be provided with an eye mask, pillow, and plush blanket to ensure your relaxation.
Open Meditation (5 min):
Well commence the sound bath with an opening meditation once everyone is situated in their reserved spot.
Sound Bath (60-min):
Please arrive on time. There will be NO refunds for late arrivals. The doors will close promptly at time of sound bath. Due to logistics and staff, once the sound bath has begun we can not guarantee that we can get you on a float. If there are lounge chairs available, you may choose to relax on one.
Once everyone is comfortably settled in their spot, the meditation will commence, accompanied by an array of instruments. As this is an outdoor event, the sounds may differ from those in a studio setting. However, it's this very distinction that lends magic to the experience—immersing yourself in the serene vibrations of ancient healing instruments while tuning into your senses and allowing the noise of the outside world to gently fade away whether you are on a lounge or a float.
Closing with Gratitude (10-20 min):
As the sound bath comes to a close with a meditation, we please ask that as you observe the quiet tones and silenced phones until you have left the pool area. There will be infused spring water, tea, and wellness juices available to hydrate as we moved a lot of energy through your body.
Floaters will be assisted to the shallow area where they can disembark from their float. We will gather all blankets, pillows, and eye masks from you before you disembark.

FAQs
How long is the event? You will be there anywhere from 75-90 min total from the time you enter the hotel to when you leave.
How should I come prepared? For your best experience, spend the day of your sound bath relaxing and clearing your mind of worries and stress. Eat light and healthy, stay well hydrated throughout your day and focus on breath. Make sure you arrive at the event start time so you can settle yourself into your space.
Will I get wet? Do I need a swimsuit? We've designed the experience to keep guests dry, but you'll step onto the first pool step when boarding and disembarking the floating vessels. Our attendants will provide assistance.
What are the mattress specifications?
Mattresses measure 6’ x 3’ and with gripping fabric, you'll be sure to stay on. Please dress comfortably for outdoors and bring a change of clothes for your comfort in the event you do get wet. There is a 300-lb. maximum weight capacity
Are there facilities? Yes, inside the hotel there are both women and men restrooms.
Where can I put my personal items? The hotel has lockers near the elevators and gym. You may use that or keep your belongs near the fireplace. You may not put your belongings on the loungers as those are reserved.
Is it safe to attend if I am pregnant? Due to the unique nature of each individual's body and the special journey we embark on, we kindly request that you consult with your doctor before purchasing any tickets. Please note that Se7en Waves Sound Vibes and it's co-collaborators are not medical providers.
If I have metal plates or screws in my body, can I attend? No we do not recommend you attend. Please consult your healthcare provider for further information and instruction.
Am I allowed to bring my own float? Unfortunately, we do not permit personal floats. We kindly request that you refrain from bringing your personal floats and instead enjoy the ones provided during the session.
Are there refunds? Due to the reservation aspect of how our operation works, all ticket prices are final 1 week towards event. If you contact us up to 7 days prior to the event, you may request a refund and we will reopen the reservation.
What if it rains? Keep in mind that this is an outdoor event. Should Mother Nature be unforgiving, we will reschedule the sound bath to the following week if schedule permits or refunds may be issued if requested within 72 hours before the sound bath.
Do I need to be able to swim? As this is a good survival skill to have in your toolbelt, no you do not need to be able to swim. In both the floating and immersive water sound bath events, you are in shallow water (4ft), should you fall off your float you would need to stand up. For immersive floating sound bath events, we have staff in the pool to assist you.
Is this ADA Accessible: Yes, this experience is ADA accessible; however, accessibility is limited. Lounge chair options are available, and a wheelchair lift is present for use in assisting participants onto a float or for participation in the immersive experience. Please note that the water depth does not exceed four (4) feet at most locations. Participants and/or their guardians or caregivers are solely responsible for any necessary physical assistance or transfers into the pool.
