Class Reunion Dues are as follows:

Early Purchase Option starting March 10, 2022 - April 14, 2022, is $55 + Eventbrite fees per person.

Normal Purchase Cost starting April 15, 2022 - June 18, 2022, is $65 + Eventbrite fees per person.

The dues will cover class reunion memorabilia, and Reunion Gathering.

**The fees do not include reunion T-shirts. Details will be provided at a later date of the cost and order process for the reunion T-shirts.

TRAVEL PROTECTION INSURANCE:

Celebration Travel strongly recommends that all guests purchase a Travel Protection Plan with Cancel for Any Reason Waiver ("TPP"), when offered. Available TPP options will be offered to every guest booking into the Room Block with the choice to accept or decline.

Cancellation without TPP plan: Any guest who cancels their booking prior to the First Guest Payment Due Date who has not purchased TPP will receive a refund of monies paid towards their reservation minus their initial deposit and any additional cancellation penalties not covered by the initial deposit. Any guest who cancels their booking after the First Guest Payment Due Date who have not purchased TPP will not receive a refund or future travel credit.

Cancellation with TPP plan: Any guest who cancels their booking and who has purchased TPP will receive back the full value of all monies paid, either as a refund and/or future travel credit (depending on the terms of the TPP policy), minus the cost of the TPP, which is nonrefundable.

Important - Please note: TPP may not be added (for any guest) after their reservation has been confirmed. TPP is nonrefundable and non-transferrable.

Room Rate Information:

Rates are per person based on the occupancy and the arrival date noted in the Room Block. Room bookings that are requested outside the original contracted Room Block are subject to higher rates and availability is not guaranteed. Rates may fluctuate based on the chosen arrival date and number of nights

NOTE:

Celebration Travel shall have the right to increase the Room Block rates due to increases in resort, government, destination, or airline taxes if increases are instituted by Suppliers.

Rates include: All Inclusive Meal Plan, Beverages including alcohol.

Transfers are not included. Transfers can be added at time of reservations at current rates.

Rock Suites require a minimum of 5-night stay

All other rooms must have a minimum of 3 nights

Child rates are only applicable when booking a room with two paying adults. If one adult is booking with children, the first child will be charged as an adult.

Rooms with a guaranteed King bed will allow one (1) child (ages 0-12) in room with a rollaway or crib, at the applicable child rate. King bedrooms will also allow (1) adult and (1) teen (ages 13-17), at the applicable teen rate. Not applicable to adult only rooms.

First Payment Due Date: 5/16/2022

100% of the total reservation amount must be received for all guests who have not purchased "TPP" by 5/16/2022.

A minimum of 50% of the total reservation amount must be received for all guests who purchased the "TPP" by 5/16/2022.

Final Payment Due Date: 7/18/2022

Any remaining balance owed by guests who purchased “TPP” must be received by 7/18/2022.

The rooming list with legal names of guests (name as it appears on passport book) must be received on or before 8/1/2022.

Payment Processing:

All payments must be made by credit card. Celebration Travel requires an electronic credit card authorization form to be filled out completely and submitted by each paying guest.
