SDSF Dancing & Donuts 2024

Come on out to Inspire Women's Fitness in Fort Langley and join us for a fun time of dancing, donuts, and making awesome memories. This special event is a fundraiser for She Defines Strength's in-patient hospital care package program.

We will be hosting several dance style classes to choose from including: BollyX, Samba, and Zumba.

EACH TICKET INCLUDES ONE DANCE CLASS, A COMPLIMENTARY DONUT, DRINK, AND ENTRY INTO OUR DOOR PRIZE DRAW!

Samba: Brazilian Samba was born in the Afro-Brazilian communities and provided a platform for expression of life, struggles of oppression and resilience. This class will be a basic intro to the moves of Samba and some cultural aspects. You will learn a small dance combo of the moves that you learn.

3:00 - 4:00 PM

BollyX: draws its inspiration from the music and dance of Bollywood, the film industry of India. This cardio workout cycles between higher and lower dance sequences to get you moving, sweating, and smiling.

4:00 - 4:45 PM

Zumba: is like attending one big dance party! This Latin-inspired dance workout will get your heart pumping and your body groovin, while leaving a big smile on your face.

5:00 PM - 5:45 PM and 7:00 PM - 7:45 PM

Registration max: 15 participants per class
