The San Diego School of Creative and Performing Arts and the Comic-Con Museum are pleased to announce the opening of its annual Senior Art Exhibition, presented this year as part of the SDSCPA Main Stage. The exhibition will be on display Friday, May 10th, from 6-8 pm through Monday May 13th, from 9-4 pm in at the San Diego Comic-Con Museum in Balboa Park at 2131 Pan American Plaza San Diego. An opening reception will be held on May 10th from 6-8 pm.The Senior Art Exhibition will feature paintings, drawings, photographs, graphic design, video productions, mixed media, and multimedia works. The selection of art on view will reflect the ambitious imaginations and diversity of the creatives of tomorrow. This exhibition celebrates the unique perspectives and talents of budding artists from the SDSCPA Visual Arts Department, 2024 Senior Class.
This year’s exhibition is $10 for the public and will include food and drinks sponsored by Friends Of SDSCPA. The exhibition is juried by SDSCPA arts educators Lorie Tancredi-Baese, Daniel Gonzalez-Zarzuela, and Nicholas Patton
The Senior Art Exhibition is an ongoing series of art exhibitions bringing artwork from SDSCPA high school exhibiting artists to the community. The annual exhibition focuses on art with an individualized perspective, featuring graduating high school senior artists.
