Norm and Terry will be running some basic CX hot laps at Balboa park, 9 AM Sunday.
Meet Marston Point area, on the grass between Balboa Drive and 8th Ave.
We will stake out a simple little course through the trees. Focus on fitness, handling, and just enjoying each other's company.
First timers welcome!
