To find the site: cross the dealer room, go upstairs to the mezzanine. Exit the doors. Look for a huge set of stairs. Badge required.
The photos will be taken in this order:
All Cosplayers
Only Vault Dwellers
Only mutants
Only NCR
Then, veryone else not listed above
Finally
A secund group of everyone to catch the late comers.
There is no host.
There is no organizer.
There is no Vault Tec staff or Vault 33 overseer. Fend for yourself in this wasteland.
