SDC Landlord & Lettings Agent Focus Group (In Person)

The Private Sector Housing Team want to hear your views, thoughts, and suggestions on being a landlord in the Stratford-on-Avon District.

We are inviting you to join us on the 13th February 2025 at 11am for our first Landlord and Letting Agent Focus Group.

This is a great opening for you as landlords and letting agents to discuss with us:

• Challenges in the local private rented sector within the Stratford district
• Disrepair or Damp and Mould related complaints
• Updates on legislation and how they affect you on local level
• Changes within Energy Efficiency and local funding schemes

It is also a chance to network with other landlords and letting agents in the local area to see what everyone is up to.
