Expo Table Holder Details

• Table: 24 6ft tables and 2 8ft tables with options to add circular or serpentine/half circle tables. ​ Venue is providing grey tablecloths.
• Power: Is an electrical outlet available at the booth?​ Some of the tables have outlets, will you need power?
• Wi-Fi: Network available and password?​ Yes
• Load-in: Setup start time, plus parking/elevator/security instructions?​ Set up is 3:30pm to 4pm. There is Valet Parking at Venue and a big paid lot cross corner on 8th and B Street, take elevator to the 34th floor and turn right to the main ballroom.
