SCV Music Festival - A Tribute To The Music Of The Beatles

The 2021 SCV Music Festival features over 40 supremely talented local musicians celebrating the iconic catalog of The Beatles! Featuring a wide range of Beatles classics , the evening promises to be entertaining and enjoyable!!!

Tickets

• Sponsorships: Can include event tickets, VIP parking tickets, drink tickets, logo placement on VIP table, mentions during the event, social media shout-outs between Facebook & Instagram, newsletter mentions to over 34,000 mailing list, and local Media mentions. • VIP: 8-Person tables that include 4 VIP parking passes and 8 drink tickets. For more information, please contact Amanda Benson-Tilch at [email protected]. $1,000 per table.
• Tier 1: 8-Person tables with tickets available for $75 per seat
• Tier 2: 8-Person tables with tickets available for $55 per seat
• Tier 3: 4- Person cocktail tables with barstools available for $40 per seat
• General Admission: General admission lawn seats are available on a first-come, first-served basis for $25 per person. Seating will be located on the hillside around the performance area. Blankets are encouraged, low chairs are accepted. Please no umbrellas, tents or pop-ups.
• Note: If you do not purchase an entire table, open seats will be available to other ticket buyers.

Parking

• Parking is limited. Carpooling is encouraged.
• A limited number of VIP parking passes are available for sale on this site.
• VIP Parking Passes can be purchased via the green 'Tickets' box on this page
• Note: Sponsor Table purchasers will automatically receive 4 VIP parking passes per table purchased (it will be emailed to you separately)

Food & Beverage

• No outside drinks allowed; water, wine and beer will be available for purchase at the event
• Outside food is permitted at the event
• Food, prepared by Wolf Creek Restaurant, is available for pre-order on this site (All food pre-orders must be submitted by September 19th)
• Pre-orders can be placed via the green 'Tickets' box on this page
• Jersey Mike's sandwiches and more will be available for purchase at the event
• Please drink responsibly - consider taking UBER or other alternative to and from the event.

Other Information

• Event is age 21 and over
• Seating begins at 5PM, visit check-in first, please.
• No refunds
• THIS IS A CASH-FREE EVENT - CREDIT AND DEBIT CARDS ONLY.
• Full tables go quickly! If you have a group of 8 and want to sit together, get your tickets early; table seating is by individual seats.
• Raffle items will be available.
• We are following all CDC recommended guidelines and ask that if you are exhibiting any symptoms or have been exposed to anyone with COVID, that you do not attend the event. All guests will sign a participation waiver.
