Sculpt + Sweat

We are thrilled to introduce our new fitness classes at Florence Dock, hosted by Jasmine, a dynamic and experienced fitness instructor. These sessions, titled Sculpt and Sweat, are designed to combine strength training and cardio for a full-body workout that will leave you feeling energized and empowered. Whether you're looking to tone up, improve endurance, or just enjoy a fun and motivating class, Jasmine's expertise and enthusiasm will ensure you get the most out of every session.

- **RSVP:** Kindly confirm your attendance. Due to limited spots, RSVP is strictly required to secure your place.

- **Punctuality:** To maintain the quality of the class, latecomers beyond 5 minutes will not be able to join. Please arrive promptly to avoid disappointment.

- **Cancellation Policy:** We encourage residents to cancel their tickets at least 24 hours before the class. This helps us manage class capacity and ensures that everyone has the opportunity to participate without any disruptions.

-Single-ticket purchase policy: Each customer limited to one ticket per transaction.

Please note that to attend an event you must be a resident of Folk at the time of the event.
