Sculpt & Restore

Sculpt & Restore is a movement + recovery experience designed to help you recharge both physically and mentally.

We’ll begin with a 45-minute, rhythm-based sculpt class, focused on building strength, activating your core, and moving with the beat.

After class, we’ll transition into a curated recovery experience inside a salon setting, creating an elevated and intentional environment.

Guests will have access to a hydration station featuring electrolyte packets and hydration mocktails, along with IV therapy education throughout the experience.

Each attendee will also receive a 1:1 stretch therapy session, designed to support recovery, release tension, and help your body reset.

Aesthetic treatments, including Botox, will also be available on-site for those interested.

This experience is designed to give your body what it needs after movement.
