About this Event
The Scrum Master Coaching Cohort

Maximize your career potential with our cohort-based coaching group specifically designed for Scrum Master. This program offers immersive, hands-on learning experiences tailored to those currently in the Scrum Master role. Whether you're new to the position or looking to enhance or grow your skills, our training and coaching will meet you at your level and enable you to help your team deliver digital products more effectively and efficiently.
The cohort coaching model offers a regular interaction schedule, a structured content program, and the flexibility for participants to tailor the material to their learning needs. Each week, the coach presents prompting questions and delves into key concepts and practices with the group. Participants are encouraged to bring their work challenges to the group, where they can be discussed in a supportive environment. The other participants and the coach help breakdown these challenges, identify root issues, and brainstorm possible solutions, effectively broadening everyone's experience and perspectives.
