Script to Screen III: Puzzle Box brings Lane County filmmakers together for a collaborative filmmaking challenge with a twist. Rather than creating separate short films, participating teams will each produce one scene from a larger screenplay. When the finished scenes are assembled and screened together, they’ll form one unpredictable, community-created movie.
Writers, directors, actors, crew members, and aspiring filmmakers of all experience levels are invited to participate. One story. Multiple teams. Countless creative interpretations.
This event is where you will form your teams, get a rundown of the rules, and be assigned your portion of the script.
$35 entry fee per team
$250 grand prize for the winning team
$150 prize for 2nd place
$100 for 3rd place
Films will be due no later than 11:59PM on Sunday, September 6th, and will be screened at the Art House on Sunday, September 13th at 6:00PM where prizes and winners will be announced.
