FORM Building a State of Creativity's Scribblers Family Festival returns to the Cathedral Square Precinct in the City of Perth with a weekend-long celebration of storytelling and creativity for children and young people, bringing imagination, fun and families together with stories and storytellers from across Western Australia, Australia and the world. This year is all about you, the Rebels and the Dreamers, those who dare to be bold, think differently and imagine new and infinite possibilities.
Our jam-packed weekend of FREE fun for the whole family, is an all-ages program which includes:
- Inspiring sessions in the Scribblers Central Lotterywest Marquee featuring our headliners;
- Book readings, stories and hands-on fun in the Storytelling Zone;
- Entertainment in the Sound Garden featuring the next generation of talented musicians, performers and podcasters;
- Thoughtful gifts and beautifully crafted wares for you to peruse and shop at the Scribblers Youth Makers Market;
Plus:
Boffins Books pop-up Festival bookshop, book signings by your creative heroes, selfies galore with roving performers, a student exhibition and heaps of pop-in art and craft activities.
