Inspired by the classic comedies of the 1930s and ’40s, this intensive explores the joyful collision of romance, status, mistaken identities, and gloriously escalating chaos.

In this intensive, you’ll learn to play bold, committed characters, build rapid-fire dialogue, embrace comic reversals, and let misunderstandings fuel the fun. Discover how emotional truth and theatricality combine to create stories that are both hilarious and deeply human.

Perfect for improvisers eager to sharpen their comic timing, heighten their character work, and play with fearless abandon.

Refunds / Transfers / Exchanges

All sales are final. If you’re unable to attend class, please notify BATS Improv before the class begins to receive credit toward a different class. Credits are not prorated for individual missed classes within a series.

Canceled Classes

If BATS Improv cancels a class, you may choose between a credit toward a different class or a refund to your original payment method.
