Fast-talking, gag cracking hilarity that had them rolling in the aisles back in the day, has now been given an update and made even funnier by playwright Norman Foster. This fantastic show pays homage to those zany screwball comedies and is full of snappy period dialogue, outrageous characters, and humour that packs a punch! The story follows Mary trying to break into the male-dominated world of newspapers. The Editor-in-Chief sets a writing competition between her and Jeff, an egotistical star reporter for the top job, and comedy ensues.
