🎥 Where the Butterflies Go – Matinee Screening + Filmmaker Talk + Community Meal🦋 Part road trip. Part breakdown. Part hilarious ecological odyssey.
Join us for an afternoon screening of Where the Butterflies Go, a refreshingly honest and unexpectedly funny nature documentary written by and starring Fraser Jones.
After quitting his job and getting dumped, Fraser does what any reasonable adult might do — he cashes out, buys a camera and a camper van, and sets out to follow the miraculous 3,000-mile migration of the endangered Monarch Butterfly. With high hopes of launching the next great children’s nature show, he fumbles his way through awkward interviews, shaky science, heartfelt encounters, and a whole lot of self-discovery.
This is a film about: 🦋 Saving the Monarchs
💔 Navigating heartbreak and identity
🌍 Asking what it takes to save ourselves, too
