Scream Meetup + Boxing Class

Come yell it all out—literally. Whether you’re overwhelmed, curious, or just need a reset, this is your permission to be loud and human.

This monthly Scream Meetup is a FREE guided, judgment-free space to release stress, pent-up emotions, and everything you’ve been carrying lately.

After the scream, stick around and let that rage out with an optional intro boxing class at Rumble Boxing! Bring your own boxing wraps or can buy at the gym for $10 a pair.

AGENDA:

• 11:45am-12:00pm check in
• 12:00pm-12:30pm mindfulness and scream (free)
• 12:30-12:45pm socialize
• 12:45-1:30pm boxing class (optional - $10 paid ticket)

We’ll start by grounding together in a mindfulness session, then move into a collective scream session designed to help you release, reset, and laugh a little along the way.

No performance, no pressure—just real humans showing up and letting go together. You’ll leave feeling lighter, calmer, and strangely energized, with a sense of connection that only comes from doing something a little unhinged… together.

Bring friends, make new ones, and yell it out.

This is not a singles event. Open to anyone 18+

WHAT TO BRING:

• Yourself and an open mind
• Bring headphone or earplugs if your hearing is sensitive as it will get loud
• If you're doing boxing, B=bring your own boxing wraps or can buy at the gym for $10 a pair.

This is a free event but please be respectful and RSVP so we can manage capacity. If you cannot come, please cancel so that it will open up spots for others to join.
