Your trauma is stuck in your body, and sometimes it needs to COME OUT.This isn't therapy – it's primal release. This isn't gentle healing – it's raw, real, and revolutionary. In this intensive 2-hour workshop, we create a safe container for your nervous system to discharge what it's been holding onto through voice, movement, and breathwork.
This Workshop Is For You If:
You feel trauma trapped in your body
You're tired of "talking about it" and ready to RELEASE it
You've done trauma work before and are ready for deeper discharge
You want to reclaim your voice and your power
You're committed to doing the messy, real work of healing
WARNING: This is intense work.
Not for those new to trauma healing. Medical clearance required for heart conditions. Signed waiver mandatory.
What You'll Experience:
Phase 1: Body Awakening - Locate where trauma lives in your body through mapping and natural shaking/tremoring
Phase 2: Voice Activation - Reconnect with your authentic voice through progressive sound work and anger release
Phase 3: The Scream Session - Deep nervous system discharge through guided primal scream work targeting fear, rage, and grief
Phase 4: Integration & Grounding - Gentle re-entry with movement, journaling, and nervous system settling
What to Expect:
Loud noises (screaming, yelling, crying) – this is the point
Intense emotions surfacing – we're here for it
Physical sensations and releases – your body knows what to do
Feeling exhausted afterward – this is normal and healing
