To reveal your prize, bring your UN-SCRATCHED card to Tulare Outlets on Friday, Nov. 29, 2024, between 6 a.m. and 11 a.m., and scratch it off at the designated table next to the DJ booth (located in front of Coach & Columbia) in front of a designated Tulare Outlets employee. Any cards scratched before this time will be invalid. Every card is a winner, and one lucky shopper may scratch off a $500 Tulare Outlets Gift Card! No purchase necessary to participate. Tulare Outlets employees and store employees are not eligible to enter. One “Shop & Scratch” card redemption per person.
