ScrappyHappy AI: Hands-On AI Seminar for Small Business Owners | Orlando
About this Event
Stop doing it the old way. Build an AI tool for your business in one day.
You've heard AI can save you hours. Maybe you tried ChatGPT, got a few clever answers, and went back to doing everything by hand. This day fixes that.
ScrappyHappy AI is a hands-on, in-person seminar in Orlando for small business owners. You won't just watch slides. You'll build a working AI tool for your business, with our team in the room helping you finish it.
No tech skills needed. If you can send an email, you can follow along.
What AI can take off your plate
- Follow-ups – quotes written for you and a friendly day-3 follow-up sent automatically, so no lead is forgotten
- Scheduling, paperwork and invoicing – the admin that eats your week
- Getting found online, reviews and social media – marketing that keeps running when you're busy
- Customer service – an assistant that answers common questions 24/7
- Knowing your numbers – simple reporting you'll actually use
What happens during the day
- Live AI builds – Build new tools right alongside us. A few attendees will be randomly picked to get their solution built live in front of the room.
- Hands-on work blocks – Build your own tool while our team moves through the room helping everyone move forward.
- Open Q&A – Bring the questions that keep you up at night and get practical answers for your specific business.
You'll leave with
- Your own AI tool, built for your business
- One month of Claude Pro
- A plan forward for your biggest business problems
- The skill of talking to your computer to get real work done
- Full access to the session recordings
- Organic lunch and healthy snacks
Real tools we've built for business owners
- Lesson tracker for tennis coaches – tracks every lesson package, emails parents when it runs low, and logs coach hours so payroll takes five minutes
- Ad optimizer for a book publisher – ad spend made 310% more efficient in under four hours of work
- Website in half an hour – a client who spent 10 hours stuck in Wix was 90% done in 30 minutes
- Automated video editing – saves 2 hours every week on a weekly Bible study video
- Custom-trained chatbot – answers reader questions from an author's books, 700+ articles and 800+ sermons, in his own words
Who it's for
Owners and leaders of small businesses who want AI working for them, whether you've never used it or tried it and stalled. If you have customers and make the decisions, this day is for you.
Pro tip: Bring a technical employee or a business partner so you can imagine new solutions together.
