The league season starts Wednesday October 1st at Bartari and meets up at 7PM for 8 weeks. Each week will consist of 4 rounds of group match play. You will be placed in a four player group and each player will pick one game for the night with points awarded based on position you finish on each game. 7/5/3/1 scoring (7/4/1 for three players groups). Scores are added up across all nights towards league standings. At the end of week 7 we will drop your 2 lowest or missed weeks.
League Finals will be on week 8 and consist of:
3 games in four player groups with PAPA scoring (4/2/1/0) for Top 8. Top seed in each group will get first choice at game or position followed by the next highest seed, etc. for each game.
Top 2 in each group will advance for one more round of the same format. Games may only be picked once per player for all of finals. Finals formats for those that didn't make the main division finals to be determined based on attendance numbers.
Cost: $20 League dues plus coin drop into machines you play. All League dues distributed in full via Cash to top 4, Trophies, prizes, and IFPA fees. This is a Stern Army sponsored event and there will be additional prize support in the form of translites and other goodies thanks to them.
Rulings made by the Tournament Director will be based on the PAPA/IFPA unified ruleset which can be found at PAPA.org
