# **Scouting Field Day – Save the Date & Help Wanted**Pack 484, along with several local packs and troops, is hosting a **Scouting Field Day** on **Saturday, March 21, 2026 from 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM** at **Joy Lutheran Church (Palm Bay)**.
The goal of this event is simple:
Provide a **fun, outdoor experience for kids and families** to explore Scouting-style activities in a relaxed, welcoming environment.
Give parents a chance to talk with leaders, ask questions, and learn about Scouting programs while the kids are having fun.
This is **not being promoted as a formal recruiting event**, but rather as a community field day with hands-on activities, games, skills stations, and partner organizations that support the Scouting program. The goal is to get people interested in Scouting program and those interested can join a unit near them.

We have created a **single webpage with event details and free registration** that can be shared with families, schools, churches, and community groups.

A **QR code** is also available and can be used on flyers, social media posts, and printed materials to make it easy for families to register.
# **We’re Looking for Help**
We are looking for **leaders, units, and Scouters** who are willing to:
* Sponsor or run an activity station
* Help with planning and logistics
* Assist with promotion or day-of support
* Represent their unit or a Scouting-related organization
