Get Ready for Scout Day at the Kalmar Nyckel Foundation!

Get ready for our 2026 Scout Day with sea- and adventure-themed activities on our Maritime Center campus. Experience these hands-on stations: Rain Gutter Regatta, Outdoor Adventure Course activity, Knot Tying, Sea Chanteys, and Cannon Drills. Participants will be organized in assigned groups to move through each activity. We are offering two separate sessions. Your troop may register for one of the following sessions on Saturday, September 12th:

• 8:30 AM Check-in for morning session from 9:00-11:30 AM
• 12:30 PM Check-in for afternoon session from 1:00-3:30 PM

Each Scout will receive a Kalmar Nyckel patch upon completion of the 2.5-hour program.

Recommended for Wolf/ Brownies & above (2nd grade minimum).

The sample agenda below includes all the stations but may occur in a different order based on group assignment.
