Scottish Othello Open
About this Event
The British Othello Federation will be holding the 2026 Scottish Othello Open on Saturday July 11 in Edinburgh. The event is open to anyone living in Scotland and from elsewhere in the UK. Both beginner players and seasoned pros are welcome. Participation in this event is FREE for all players. Pre-registration is required.
Please note that this in an all day event, and half day registration is not possible. The tournament will follow the Swiss structure. Boards and clocks will be provided.
Schedule:
9:30am - Arrivals and registration begins
10:00am - Rounds 1-3
12:30pm - Lunch
1:30pm - Rounds 4-6
4:00pm - Tournament ends
Location details:
ESHC Basement, 34 Wright's Houses
Entrance through the black gates at the north east corner of the building. We will have someone on the door from 9:30am to guide people inside.
ESHC is a step-free venue with an accessible toilet inside. Please email us if you have any queries regarding accessibility.
Coffee and tea will be available free of charge during the event.
