Scottish Fiddle Orchestra welcomes Hogmannay at The Usher Hall, Edinburgh

This is a fixture in “Edinburgh’s Hogmanay” calendar and – especially if you are travelling from afar to experience a Scottish New Year – this will definitely “get your party started”. Enjoy an uplifting mix of slow airs, marches, strathspeys, jigs, reels and well-known songs. Our “Ceilidh” programme is guaranteed to get your toes tapping! (In case you’re not sure what a “Ceilidh” is, our founding Musical Director, John Mason, used to define the word as a “Distillery set to music”…!).
