About this Event
On the day, delegates will hear and discuss the findings of SAIA’s Education Project, which maps attachment-focused practice in Scotland. We will explore the major themes highlighted by the project and sharing the experiences of teachers, educational professionals, young people on “what works”. Join us to build a community which wants to better understand how human connection and relational practice makes one of the biggest impacts on the well being of all.
Discussions include:
• Exploring the role of relational practice in a whole school approach
• Considering the teacher training curriculum
• Keeping The Promise through a skilled, motivated, trauma-informed and resilient workforce
• Examining anti-racist practices in educational settings
