Scott Detweiler at TRiP

Scott Detweiler is an award-winning artist from New Orleans. He is a prolific writer and arranger with dozens of albums and singles released under his own name. Whether solo or with his Detweiler Funksemble he has performed internationally and with diverse artists such as James Andrews Jackson Browne Donny Most Big Band and Grammy Award Winners Teresa James and Bernie Dressel to name a few. He is a sought-after writer by other artists and most recently he has written for funk-band sensation Orgone. The music and style of Scott Detweiler spans many genres but always flavors in the grand tradition of New Orleans artists such as The Neville Brothers and Trombone Shorty. His in-the-pocket guitar work together with his soulful vocal sound make his live performances a captivating and truly unique experience.
