Please Note ..... This comp is open for athletes the world over however it is a qualifier for Britain's Strongest Stonelifter in Ireland 🇮🇪 therefor only the top three finishing Scottish males and females with qualify 👍 however anyone can win the comp if that makes sense.

Stone to Shoulder/ chest medley reps in 90s ( there will be nobody on equal points as will be timed also to last rep )
Men 140kg chest 120kg Shoulder
Women 95kg chest 75 kg Shoulder
Event 2 Walking Stones max distance 15m turn
Men 140kg 112kg
women 84kg 66kg
Event 3 Dinnie style straddle hold for max time ( no hook grip open palm only )
