Welcome drinks & Sola's performance
The evening begins with welcome drinks served throughout Dynamic Earth’s immersive exhibitions. Wander through the story of our planet - from the Big Bang to the present day -as you sip, mingle, and soak in an atmosphere unlike any other awards dinner.
Adding to the magic, we’ll have the incredible Sola, a captivating live singer joining us from Aberdeen, whose soulful performance will set the perfect tone for the night.
Dinner
We will come together for a delicious three-course dinner. Enjoy inspiring conversation with colleagues, partners, and friends as we celebrate a year of growth, hard work, and connection.
Laughter with Ray Bradshaw
After dinner, prepare for an unforgettable comedy set from Glasgow’s own Ray Bradshaw, one of Scotland’s most beloved comedians. With his sharp wit, uplifting humour, and signature storytelling, he’s guaranteed to have the room roaring with laughter.
Celebrating CIMA Scotland’s high achieving students
One of the highlights of the evening will be honouring CIMA’s top students from across Scotland. This is our chance to recognise the outstanding dedication, talent, and future leadership shaping our professional community.
And after all is said and done... Dance the night away!
As the final act of the evening, we’ll gather on the dance floor for a lively Scottish ceilidh - the perfect way to wrap up a night filled with joy, culture, and celebration. Whether you're a ceilidh pro or a complete beginner, expect plenty of fun, energy, and laughter.

Dress code
The dress code is evening wear.
As we'll be finishing the evening with a traditional Scottish ceilidh, guests are very welcome to wear Highland dress and kilts if they wish.
Bar
A selection of complimentary wines will be served with dinner.
There will also be a bar available in the Biosphere where the dinner takes place should you wish to purchase additional drinks during the evening.
Please note that the bar operates on a card payment only basis, so we recommend bringing a bank card or alternative contactless payment method.
Car parking
Dynamic Earth has on-site parking (approximately 120 spaces) available on a first-come, first-served basis. Unfortunately, spaces cannot be reserved in advance.
Complimentary parking is available for guests attending the event.
Please note:
- Guests should collect a parking ticket upon arrival.
- Anyone wishing to leave the car park on the night must collect an exit pass from the Dynamic Earth Security Office.
- Guests may leave their vehicle overnight if required but must vacate the car park by 9:00am on Friday 4 September.
- Guests leaving the following morning should also obtain an exit pass from the Security Office.
- Additional parking charges may apply for vehicles remaining in the car park after 9:00am on 4 September.
