Scotland in Plan

Join us for the opening night and launch of Scotland in Plan - an exhibition of aerial landscape photography by Arch+Aerial, hosted by Polestar Glasgow, inspired by a shared appreciation for our natural environment and sustainability.

Crashing waves, coastal scenes, bridges and buildings, the displayed images focus on built structural form set against raw, and otherwise undisturbed, natural landscape. With locations spread across Scotland, the images have been collected during various road trips while inspired to travel closer to home following the events of 2020.

The method of printing was developed to enhance Scotland’s characteristic scenery unlike any conventional photo print. UV printed on aluminium panels and laser cut to size to be durable, permanent and 100% recyclable. Each one has been manually edited, layered and masked to create a unique artwork – all of which will be available for purchase through our website (www.archandaerial.co.uk) with 20% of every sale being donated to local charities focusing efforts on the preservation of Scotland’s heritage and natural environment.

All attendees of the opening night will be entered into a prize draw to win one of the prints.

Founded and run by two practising architects to raise appreciation for Scotland’s wild sites and awareness of the importance of preservation.
