Scot Wisniewski's Cabaret

Born and raised in Auburn NY, Scot Wisniewski has been immersed in the world of performance since his upbringing. Throughout his time at Auburn High School, culminating with his graduation in 1995, he was a prominent figure in various drama productions starring in classics such as South Pacific, Much Ado About Nothing, Fiddler on the Roof and The Hollow. Post-graduation, his passion for the stage led him to continue his theatrical pursuits with The Auburn Players, where he showcased his talent in productions including Annie and The Hobbit.

After graduating from Keuka College in 1999, Wisniewski made the move to New York City in 2000 where he spent the next two decades deeply engaged in the performing arts scene. He became a familiar face in NYC's cabaret circuit, enchanting audiences through the years with his jazz trio at renowned venues like Don’t Tell Momma, Birdland, The Metropolitan Room and 54 Below. His musical endeavors extended to the recording studio, resulting in the release of two studio albums, Broadway Scot’s Way and A Classic Christmas, both of which are available on all major streaming platforms. Scot also sang on Broadway in several benefit concerts at prestigious venues such as The Gershwin and Imperial Theaters and NYC’s famous Town Hall.

Returning home to the CNY area in 2020, Scot now feels a renewed sense of connection to his roots and a longing to grace the stage once again. His excitement is palpable as he prepares to revive his most recent critically acclaimed cabaret show, "Crazy Little Thing Called Love," which enjoyed a successful two month run in NYC in 2019. This captivating production, featuring songs spanning over 60 decades from iconic artists like Frank Sinatra, Elvis, Nat King Cole, Freddie Mercury, Carol King, Adele and Roberta Flack (just to name a few) promises to captivate audiences once more as it comes full circle to APT. Joining Scot on stage will be Kristan Sheppard on piano, Walker Barnes on bass and Michael Estevez on percussion.

Wisniewski is a proud member of The Screen Actors Guild (SAG), The American Federation of Television and Radio Artists (AFTRA) and Actors’ Equity Association (AEA).
