Join Essential Yoga Studio as we welcome Shela Roles in creating a beautiful experience together to connect to our bodies, each other & the moon on Sunday, November 3 from 7-9p.
Shela will open the circle with introduction & connection time to get to know one another & create safety within the circle. We will then dive into the astrology of the sexy & passionate Scorpio New Moon.
In our astrology discussion, Shela will be teaching the astrology of the New Moon & offering guidance to each woman from her birth chart. This includes a mini reading of how these energies could be impacting you & in what areas of your life.
We will then drop into our bodies to move old energies out & make space for more PASSION to be felt & expressed. This will be a juicy yoga flow to activate your sacral chakra & let you come to life in new ways!
This will help lead us into a powerful intention setting ritual where we will actively create the life we desire to live over the next 6 months through meditation, visualization & journal exercise.
Please dress comfortably for a yoga/movement practice. Hot tea and water provided.
