🛴 Electric scooters only — riders are responsible for securing/renting their own scooter. 👮 Police will be present during the event for public safety and crowd management. ⚠️ Ride responsibly and follow all traffic laws, signals, and instructions from law enforcement. 🚫 No weapons, fighting, reckless riding, or unnecessary disruption. 🏙️ Respect Downtown Charlotte, pedestrians, businesses, and property.
