Some good news? Through new self-awareness and some simple daily practices, we can help our teams stay ahead of burnout, and replenish their decision fatigue. We can shift our mindset from managing change to leading change.
Participants will leave with concrete steps on how to:

✅ Create the consistent, daily practices that fuel more Tiny, Bold Moves— replenishing our decision fatigue, and preventing burnout so we can give our best.
✅ A decision-making framework to lead the projects that inspire us, versus drain us.
✅ How an internal culture of collaboration moves our team from “managing” change, to “leading” change— and why that is a major competitive advantage.
