About this Event
Join us for SCNT Fragrance Exchange: The First Gathering, a curated afternoon for fragrance lovers and collectors to explore scent together.
Guests are invited to bring perfumes they are open to swapping or selling. Full bottles, partial bottles, and fragrances you no longer reach for are all welcome.
At the center of the event will be the Discovery Table, where guests can create scent strips of the perfumes they’ve brought so others can explore the fragrances present in the room before connecting with the owner to discuss a swap or purchase.
This gathering is designed to feel relaxed, social, and community driven. Whether you are a long time collector or simply beginning to explore fragrance, the event is open to anyone with an appreciation for scent.
To maintain a comfortable environment for fragrance discovery, this event is intended for adult guests, and we kindly ask that children not attend.
Light refreshments will be available.
How the Fragrance Exchange Works
Bring perfumes you would be open to trading or selling.
Upon arrival you will be invited to write the perfumes you brought to the Perfume Board so others can see what is in the room.
If something catches your attention you are welcome to connect with the person who brought it and discuss a swap or purchase.
All trades and purchases are arranged privately between guests.

A small tray, box, or bag to safely carry your bottles
Curiosity and an appreciation for fragrance
Both full and partial bottles are welcome.
Event Timing
Doors open at 3:00 PM.
The first thirty minutes are for arrival, settling in, adding perfumes to the board, and placing scent strips on the Discovery Table.
The fragrance exchange will begin at 3:30 PM and continue through the afternoon.
The event will conclude at 5:00 PM.
Entry Information
The event takes place inside a private building. Guests will be welcomed at the entrance beginning at 3:00 PM.
To help everyone begin the exchange together, guests are encouraged to arrive within the first thirty minutes.
If you arrive later, entry instructions will be included in your ticket confirmation.
Photography and Content
A photographer will be present during the event to capture moments from the gathering for SCNT’s social media and future event promotion.
If you prefer not to appear in photos or video, please let a host know when you arrive and we will make sure to respect your preference.
Guests who are interested will also have the option to participate in short fragrance conversations or interviews about their favorite scents and collecting habits. Participation is completely optional, and those who choose to participate may be featured on SCNT’s social media pages.

Capacity for this gathering is intentionally limited to maintain a comfortable atmosphere for scent exploration and conversation.
