SCND is an intimate, reservation-only coffee omakase — one host, a small table, and a sequence of courses that move through coffee in forms you haven’t had it in before. Some are drinks. Some aren’t.
There’s no menu to choose from. You sit down, and we take it from there.
It’s one menu, designed as a whole — each course with its own story, together making a single morning you won’t find again. Every sitting is its own thing, built once and not repeated.
This isn’t a class and it isn’t a café. It’s a small, quiet experience for people who want to taste something they’ll remember.
What to expect
6 courses, about 2 hours. A fixed sequence, served to everyone the same way — no substitutions.

This is an intimate experience designed for adults who want to slow down and pay attention to what’s in the cup.
It’s a set tasting menu, built as one whole — so we’re not able to make swaps or accommodate allergies or dietary restrictions. Expect several coffee-forward courses, so come caffeine-ready.
