Topic Student 3M Pitch ContestSCIFTS, in conjunction with the California State University - Long Beach (CSULB) Food Science program is pleased to announce a tribute to academia for our October SCIFTS Meeting on October 19, 2022. The day will feature two events, the (1) CSULB Food Science Program Showcase and Student Poster Viewing and the (2) SCIFTS Dinner Meeting and Student 3-minute Thesis research competition. See the attachments for all the information regarding these events.
There will be a poster display and networking at CSULB before the dinner meeting. Students are encouraged to put up any kind of research (past or present) as well as interfacing with other fellow students from other schools about their work.

SCIFTS is also excited to bring back the 3M (3 Minute Thesis) Research Competition during the Dinner Meeting. For participating schools, you can view the rules via attachment and also sign up at the link above. The SCIFTS Dinner meeting directly follows the event at CSULB.
