What would a major Cascadia earthquake and tsunami mean for our communities—and how can we prepare now? Join Oregon State University experts Jenna Tilt and Felicia Olmeta Schult for an engaging lecture and Q&A session about the science, risks, and human dimensions of Cascadia’s most significant natural hazards. Drawing on research and on-the-ground community work, they’ll explore how earthquakes and tsunamis impact people and places, what resilience really looks like, and the practical steps individuals and communities can take to turn fault lines into lifelines. Come for the science, stay for the strategies—and leave better prepared for what lies beneath and beyond our coast.
