Science of the Season features holiday and winter activities for the whole family! From building your own polar base to exploring the science of The Nutcracker, there’s something for everyone to enjoy.

Winter Wonder Lab:
Da Vinci Science Center has transformed into a snowy research station where YOU’RE the scientist on an icy adventure! Design a transportation system for your polar base, work together to build a life-sized igloo, and so much more!
The Nutcracker! A Live Science Show: Add some sweetness to your holiday! Decorate and enjoy festive Sugar Plum Cupcakes and Gingerbread Cookies while experiencing a 20-minute live Nutcracker-themed science show filled with swirling ballerinas and magical winter effects.
Penguin Games: Adopt a plush penguin and design its carrier. Have a dance party, send your new friend down snow slides, and more fun activities!
Fab Lab Ornament Engraving: Design your very own wooden ornament, watch your creation come to life on our laser cutter, and decorate it with collage to make it pop!
Live Animal Encounters: Meet some unique animal ambassadors from the Lehigh Valley Zoo and Da Vinci Science Center.
