Join the discussion:A Science Café is a discussion about science in a social setting. Community members talk with researchers about real-world issues and the ways that research can impact health. Science Cafés are open to the public. The researcher is Laurene Tumiel-Berhalter, PhD, Associate Professor and Director of Community Translational Research in the Department of Family Medicine at the Jacobs School of Medicine and Biomedical Sciences, University at Buffalo.
What will you do?
Listen to a presentation from the researcher on the importance of Plain Language.
Participate in an open discussion on Plain Language used in research studies.
