Science Book Club: Everything is Tuberculosis + Drugs Interacting with Biological Systems Activity
Tebo Library, Hays Public Library, and the Sternberg Museum of Natural History are teaming up to host a Science Book Club in 2026. Join the Science Book Club meeting on June 11 at 6:30pm in the Expeditions Room at the Sternberg Museum.
Designed with a "Night at the Museum" feel, there will be an hour of book discussion paired with 30 minutes of interactive learning to bring the book to life. Each month, an expert from FHSU will use artifacts from the Sternberg Museum or information from their research to reveal science and history that connect to that month's book.
June 11:
Book = Everything is Tuberculosis: The History and Persistence of Our Deadliest Infection by John Green
Interactive Learning = Drugs Interacting with Biological Systems Activity
Lead = Dr. Maggi Braasch-Turi
Stay tuned for future Science Book Club dates and details!
