The Integrative Living Model helps us look at life though a more fact-based approach while still acknowledging that we are spiritual beings in a journey of discovery, honesty and growth. Donato will give us the basics of this model, so that we can focus our energy in productive and contemplative endeavors instead of letting life force be consumed by society's new-found fear tactics and messages that distract us from our true calling.

Sensei Donato Helbling is a well-established leader in the Miami movement scene and a truly special man with a uniquely wide background. He has been studying and teaching Martial Arts, Yoga, Meditation and Philosophy for over 15 years at the Budokon University, served as the Movement Director for Aman Resorts and heads Human Development Labs, an incubator for innovative and disruptive startups and is the Founder of The Integrative Living Model.
