Science After Dark: Mess Fest

Don’t try this at home—experience it here instead! We’re making a mess for our next Science After Dark, and guests of all ages are welcome to join us as we make science bubble, erupt, splatter and more:
-Press, stomp, or pound paintballs to create a collaborative masterpiece.
-Watch some of our messiest demonstrations, from liquid nitrogen to diet soda geysers.
-Mix cookies and pudding to discover why composting can be deliciously fun.
-Create a new animal for our papier-mâché zoo in The Forge.
-Stretch, squish, and explore the gooey science of slime.
-Make, pop and play with bubbles.
-Discover even more interactive activities throughout the Science Museum.
Pro tip: wear some old clothes that you don’t mind getting messy!
