Attention citizens of earth and the greater Philadelphia region, join us as we embark on our second annual Sci-Phi Film Festival taking place March 28th through March 30th. From time traveling cyborgs to invaders from another planet, our mission is to showcase some of the most exceptional science fiction films of all time over the course of 3 days. It wouldn't be a Sci-Phi Festival without a Star Trek classic! We're kicking Sunday off with THE SEARCH FOR SPOCK! Tickets and festival passes are available now at hiwaytheater.org/sciphiππ―πΌππ ππ΅π² π πΌππΆπ²: In the aftermath of Wrath of Khan, the crew of the USS Enterprise faces significant losses. Following Spockβs selfless sacrifice, the Enterprise is slated for decommissioning, and Dr. McCoy is suffering from a mysterious ailment. His peculiar behavior is attributed to the presence of Spockβs spirit within him. In a bold move, Admiral Kirk and his crew decide to defy orders to heal McCoy and attempt to bring back their fallen comrade Spock, which leads to a confrontation with the Klingons. This film marks Leonard Nimoy's directorial debut and is regarded as one of the finest installments in the Star Trek franchise.
