Clara Schumann finished her remarkable Piano Concerto at age 16, premiering it with Felix Mendelssohn as conductor. Our soloist @[100057872807885:2048:Isata Kanneh-Mason] championed the piece on her first recording that was devoted entirely to the composer’s piano music. Alongside Clara’s concerto is her husband Robert’s towering Third Symphony, led by New Zealand’s @[274310173260476:274:Gemma New], a former Dudamel Conducting Fellow.
