In case you missed it, at our June meeting we had a successful vote to start a Lawndale Schoolhouse Committee. The purpose of the committee would be to research the viability and practicality of aquiring the building, and if aquiring the building seems viabile, fundraising and renovating the building, and setting up a plan for future programing, maintenance, and sustainabilty. We will be meeting in the Community Room of the Kenmore Library on Monday August 11th at 6:30 PM.
