NOW Productions presents 'School of Rock' at the Shedley Theatre
Rock got no reason, rock got no rhyme... You better get me to school on time!
Get ready to turn up the volume with School of Rock! This high-energy musical follows Dewey Finn, a down-on-his-luck, wannabe rock star who lands himself a gig as a substitute teacher at a prestigious prep school… under false pretences. What starts as a quick way to make some cash soon becomes something much bigger, as Dewey transforms a class of straight-A students into a guitar-shredding, bass-slapping, mind-blowing rock band. But with Battle of the Bands on the horizon, can Dewey and his students pull off the ultimate performance without their parents - or the school’s strict headmistress - finding out?
Featuring all the favourite songs from the hit movie, plus 14 brand new tracks by Andrew Lloyd Webber, School of Rock is a feel-good celebration of music, rebellion, and the power of being yourself.
Thursday 22nd October:
7.00pm (Rockin' Cast) - Opening Night Performance - special VIP Opening Night event with pre-show entertainment at 6pm from Cassandra J Music!
Friday 23rd October:
7.00pm (Rollin' Cast) - Evening Performance
Saturday 24th October:
1.00pm (Rockin' Cast) - Matinee Performance
7.00pm (Rollin' Cast) - Evening Performance
